1 Cup | Flour |
1/2 Tsp | Baking Soda |
1/2 Cup | Brown Sugar |
1 1/4 Cup | Oats, instant or rolled |
1/2 Cup | Butter |
1 Cup | Jam |
1) In mixing bowl, combine flour, baking soda, sugar and oatmeal.
2) Cut butter into mixture until crumbly.
3) Press firmly (2cups of the mixture) on the bottom of a baking pan.
4) Heat jam and spread evenly over top of the oat mixture.
5) Sprinkle the rest of the oat mixture over the jam.
6) Bake at 375 F for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
7) Cool completely before cutting squares.
