| 1 Cup | Blackforest Ham, diced |
| 1 Cup | Pineapple, diced |
| 1 Cup | Whipping Cream |
| 1 Cup | Swiss Cheese |
| 1/2 Cup | Cheddar Cheese |
| 4 | Eggs |
| 1 Tsp | Salt |
| 1 Tsp | Pepper |
| 1 Tsp | Sugar |
| 1 Tsp | Onion Juice |
1) Whisk eggs with whipping cream, cheese, salt, pepper, sugar and onion.
2) Stir in ham and pineapple.
3) Place in pie plate.
4) Bake at 350 F for a half hour or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
