Two Hour Buns and Mini Loafs

2 1/2 CupsWater, warm
6 TbspsOlive Oil
5 - 8 TbspsSugar (larger amount for sweet dough)
1 TspSalt
2 TbspYeast, instant
2Eggs, whisked
7 - 8 CupsFlour

1) In a large bowl, whip eggs, sugar, salt, oil and water. Add yeast and flour (enough for workable dough).
2) Rip out dough and line bottom of greased loaf pans to under half of loaf pans. Take out small amounts of dough and roll into balls. Line pan with dough balls, but do not grease pan.
3) Let rise.
4) Make buns. Let rise for 1 hour.
5) Bake at 350 F for 40 minutes or until a light golden brown.
