Devilled Eggs

1/2 - 3/4 CupMayonnaise
1 SquirtMustard
1/2 TspRelish
Salt and Pepper to taste

1) Boil 12 eggs in saucepan with water for a half hour.
2) Refrigerate.
3) Peel the eggs.
4) Cut down long side of egg in the center of all the eggs.
5) Spoon out the yellow filling of the eggs into small mixing bowl.
6) With a hand held blender, blend yolk with the mayonnaise, mustard, relish, salt and pepper.
7) Spoon the filling in the white eggs or pipe it.
8) Sprinkle paprika over eggs, garnish with parsley sprigs and refrigerate.
