Thank You From the Heart

I have made this page for my mother. If you would like to leave her a note of condolences, please feel free to do so. She thanks God every day for the wonderful encouragement and prayers all have sent her during her time of need. She will always remember you. She thanks all of you from the bottom of her heart.

Sorrow and grief have visited me,
My life has changed forever more.
For my dearest love is now at peace…
Has left this earth through Heaven’s door.

But as the tears flow from my heart,
As my soul is clutched by deep despair…
I know my friends are standing by
With words of love, support and care.

I cannot yet summon a smile…
Cannot accept what has to be.
But I can thank my caring friends
For their loving words of sympathy.

Thank you, friends, for all you give
To help relieve my sorrow…
For though I grieve and though tears fall,
You give me hope for a new tomorrow.

I shall make it through this time of grief,
For in my heart he shall still abide.
And though he’s missed, I shall continue on
Because my friends stand by my side.

Thank you, friends, for all you do
To lead me from the dark.
