Summary
Rocko takes a visit to his Uncle Gib Hootsen's cattle ranch and brings Heffer along. Heffer gets accepted into The Moo-Moo Club and decides his place is with the herd. When the cattle is shipped off to market Rocko must make a daring rescue to save his friend. In the end, Uncle Gib, astounded by Rocko's heroics, turns the Lazy I Ranch into a resort for cows.

Deleted Scenes
While Heffer is sleeping in the barn a farm hand walks in carrying a Milk-O-Matic milking machine. He hooks it up to Heffer and he quickly falls in love.
A second scene was cut where Heffer says his goodbyes to the Milk O Matic before riding off into the sunset with Rocko.
