Perytonian R.C.C.
On Rifts Earth, Perytonians feel right at home, all the magical energy is very natural to them. So a Peryton can select any Magic Using O.C.C. except those that also include Psionic Powers (i.e. Mystic). In addition to that, Perytonians get +25 to starting P.P.E. for any O.C.C.
