Graywolf's Den

Well hello there. I would be Graywolf and this is my internet den. I hope you like it, feel free to look around.

After you're done here, I suggest you go visit my friends at Wolf Park Logo. They are some very nice folks, and I'm sure you will like it there.

A brief history (sort of):
The Gray Wolf (canis lupus) formerly populated most of North America. Now, unfortunately, they are found mostly in remote wilderness, national parks, and refuges. Lucky for the world though, the Gray Wolf is making a comeback. Through great re-introduction programs, there are now around nine or so packs in the Yellowstone area.

This site will eventually become a photo resource site. I will be posting links to other websites with great images as I find them.
I will be setting up a small photo gallery of my own. This summer, I will be working with wolves and have lots of photos and stories to share.
If you intend upon using any of the photos originating from this site, you need to contact me. I will either give you express permission to use my pictures, or I will refer you to the photographer who took them.

See it from their point of view.
I dare you to try and see development from a wolf's point of view. Let's reverse the picture. A pack of wolves wanders into your hometown. They figure, this place is populated by creatures that look nothing like them, and don't speak their language, so they must be inferior. They decide that the land will be put to much better use as their territory. So, they hunt down and eliminate the human population. They then tear apart the enitre town and plant a nice forest. Soon after they dig themselves some nice dens, and herd in a deer population.
Some time later, they decide that what they have is not enough. So they decide to expand their little wolf colony, and the cycle begins again.
So take this little concept as a way to to see the plight of the wolves, and many other beings on this planet.
We wouldn't like it if they did it to us, so why do we subject them to it?

If you have any questions, comments, ideas for the site, please tell me. You can email me at gray.wolf@netzero.net and if you do send me mail. Please include a mention of the site in the subject or it will be assumed junk mail and deleted. Thanks
Graywolf.

There's nothing you can do that can't be done,
Nothing you can sing that can't be sung,
Nothing you can say, but you learn how to play the game, it's easy.
Nothing you can make that can't be made,
No one you can save that can't be saved,
Nothing you can do, but you can learn how to be you in time, it's easy.
There's nothing you can know that isn't known,
Nothing you can see that isn't shown,
Nowhere you can be, that isn't where you're meant to be, it's easy.
All you need is love.

If given the choice, I would rather not be human. I am a miplaced soul in an unfamiliar world.
I want to break free.
