The first year of my live was the happiest. I didn't fear anything. I was just another foul, no different then the others, but after that year everything changed. At the it didn't seemed different, cuz I was unknowing of the thing that was about to happen. It looked to me as another playfull day.
I wandered around as I normally do exploring my home. It was a island covered with a lot of trees not too close together, I could easely walk between. There were or are also a lot of plains and meadows, where everyone runned like the wind. If I wasn't exploring the forest, wich I had by that time done for a thousand times, you could find me running across a meadow with other fouls to see who's faster.
But that day I was exploring, and then I came in a part I didn't knew. I walked further and suddenly I was standing in front of something I had never seen before. Do you have any idea of what I saw there, Neferthate?] I looked on my back and he replied with: [Hey!, how am I supposed to know, I wasn't there rememmber!]
[No, no, of course you weren't, how stupid of me] I said, while I was shaking my head.
[I was walking and suddenly the ground was gone. I was standing at a precipice. It looked like the Isle was split up in two and the halves were put back together in a crooked way. I looked out over the lower part and I could see for miles and miles away, I could even the ocean on the other side. Can you imagine that, Neferthate?] He was sitting straight up, mouth open, amazed by the words that came from me. [I see you're busy with it] I said when I saw him. [GO ON!!] Neverthate said after a moment. [Okay, okay, be more patient, I will go on.
I looked down, wishing I was there and suddenly I WAS. I realised that I used my teleportation skill for the first time. Now that I was down, I saw that the trees where much closer together then I was used to, making it almost impossible for me to walk trought the forest. Only some places were suited for me to walk trough, wich I did. And then out of nowhere there was this creature, a very strange creature. Something I had never seen before or even heard of. It was standing on it's hind legs. They had to be strong to carry it's weight. I was about as big as me and it looked like a monkey standing straight up, no bent legs. It's neck was very short and it's head looked like the one from a monkey but flatter and NO! fur except on top. It's top fur was brown, long and all curly. It was looking staight at me with big brown eyes, the same brown as her top fur. It's body was covered with very, very strange fur, green like the emerald plants that grow all over the island. I even was wondering if it was fur at all.
The creature moved after a moment, walking around me, in a rather silly way and I was amazed it didn't fall for- or backwards. When it stood in front of me again, it said happily:
[Hi, I'm Marjam, you're a unicorn, aren't you?]
