Chapter 6
Sparkle was surprised that she had not recieved an email back from BluAlien because it was the day of concert. She had no clue for who to look for. LizBeth invited her to the mall and decided to go since she had time to kill. While they were walking they spotted Lyle. Lyle obviously spotted them too. Lyle walked over and put his arm around Sparkle.
"Well hey babe!.. lookin hot, sweet stuff!"
"Leave her the fuck alone!" LizBeth said throwing his arm off Sparkle.
"Hey dont touch me, I was talking to my girl, not you!" Lyle said with a very angry voice that scared Sparkle.
"Lets go LizBeth."
"Fuck you Sparkle! Dont worry I'll get you tonight!" Lyle said causing attention from all over the mall.
"Ignore him Spark, hes such an asshoe"
"Nothing can ruin my day Lizbeth, not even him."Sparkle said smiling. They walked around for a few more hours and decided to drink a milkshake. They sat down and talked. They noticed a bunch of girls cheering 'Hanson Rules! Hanson Rules!' Both LizBeth and Sparkle looked at each other and laughed. The girls had Hanson written all over their faces. All of them were wearing shirts of them and each girl either had their hair dye blue, red, or green. Sparkle and LizBeth thought it was getting late and Sparkle still needed to get ready for the concert. When Sparkle got home she didnt waste anytime and jumped in the shower. Afterwards, she decided to wear a white tee with a big face of an alien in the middle. She wore some bootcut pants that fit perfectly and totally suited her body. She blow dried her hair and decided to leave it down and show off the highlights she had done to her hair. She decided to wear all natural makeup so her blue eyes could be seen easily. Sparkle then took a moment and sat in front of her mirrior. She looked at herself and smiled. Hopefully she would catch Zacs eye backstage but she just laughed it off knowing that all that was just a stupid dream that she know would never come true. Her thoughts were interrupted by her brother when he came into the room.
"Ready to go?"
"Yeah, hold on." Eric looked at her sister. He couldnt believe she was growing up so fast and so beautifully. Ever since last week, he noticed that most of his friends were starting to get interested in her. Which scared him because most of his friends were only in search of getting some.
"Lets go" Sparkle said very happily.
As Eric was driving he noticed Sparkle looking down on her chest and trying to stretch out her shirt.
"what?!" Sparkle said kind of embarassed that her brother caught her doing that.
"You better be careful, maybe you will turn on the Hansons because you are probably the only fan that is wearing a bra." His brother said laughing.
"Oh shush!" Sparkle knew his brother was right. She was probably the only Hanson fan who was wearing a bra to the concert. It wasnt like she had a choice though. When they finally got the the Pond, Sparkle rushed out of the car.
"Have fun! Dont do anything I would do!" Eric yelled out to her.
Sparkle waited in line with no patience. She couldnt bare it how anxious she was to meet them. Her and the other 10,000 girls that were there. Finally she was in and headed for the front row. After the opening act. A man came out and said," Its the moment all of you have been waiting for! Here you are! Hanson EVERYONE!!!"
Sparkle couldnt believe all the screams. She thought she had gone deaf when she heard them. She turned around to see that everyone in the first row had gone forward and leaned against the stage. Sparkle just stood behind everyone and sang along to the music. She was in tears when they finished singing With You In Your Dreams. Finally the concert ended with Man From Milwaukee. Every teenage girl screaming for them slowly left. Sparkle headed for backstage. She came to man with a clipboard.
"Name please"
"uh.. anonymous?" Sparkle said hoping that she would get in and not all of it being a joke.
"ah, yes of course. Come in!" The man said as in if he as expecting Sparkle or something. Sparkle smiled and let herself inside. She looked around if she could see Hanson. She spotted Zac and it looked like he spotted her too. Her heart pounded quicker and quicker as she was getting closer to them. Then all of a sudden a buncy of girls pushed her away which caused distance between them. She looked around to see that Zac wasnt there no more. She was sad. She was about to go but then.....somebody grabbed her by the arm and said
"Sparkle right?".......
