Chapter 26

"How could you do that Sparkle?!" LizBeth said in an outraged voice. Sparkle had just told her what happened at the party. LizBeth was shocked. She couldn't believe she did what she had done.

"I'm so sorry LizBeth.." Sparkle said on the verge of tears.

"No! Don't apologize to me!! What about Zac????" LizBeth more then shocked was disappointed at Sparkle. LizBeth had come to really like Zac as a friend. She knew how much Zac loved Sparkle. LizBeth sure didn't want Zac get hurt like this. Then she realized what she was thinking. 'What about what I did with Lyle??' When LizBeth realized what Sparkle was telling her, she knew she had to tell her too. Sparkle was being a true friend on telling her the truth. Sparkle deserved the truth too.

"I know! I feel like a bitch! Zac means so much too me. I can't believe I did that with Taylor. I regreat everything. I regret going to that concert, I regret meeting Zac.. I regret.." Sparkle paused and closed her eyes as tears rushed down her cheeks. She took a deep breath and finished her statement...

" .. falling in love with Zac.." Sparkle opened her eyes and looked into LizBeths eyes. She saw tears in her eyes. She tried to understand why she was crying but just couldn't figure it out.

"Sparkle.. Don't say that." LizBeth said hugging her and not letting go.

"LizBeth what am I going to do..?" She hugged LizBeth back. Closing her eyes as she placed her head on her shoulders.

"Sparkle.." LizBeth said with fear.

"Yeah.."

"I need to tell you something..."

"What?" Sparkle said letting go of her. She looked in LizBeths eyes again and noticed that she was about to let out a deep dark secret.
"Um.. That night.. when we were at the party... and you were with Zac.." LizBeth avoided eye contact with Sparkle and studied the words that were about to escape her mouth.

"I had sex..."

"WHAT?!?!" Sparkle couldn't believe it. Not only had she broken her promise of keeping their virginity till they were married.. but she had cheated on Isaac. A really sweet guy that Sparkle valued as a friend.

" Thats not it..."

"Oh! Theres more??!"

"Yeah.. The guy I did it with...was.. um.." LizBeth looked at Sparkle, she noticed her eyes were a deep dark blue. She was mad, now she had to prepare for the worse.

"Lyle." LizBeth kept eye contact with Sparkle. LizBeth could tell her eyes were about to explode tears and her mouth was going to explode with screams of anger.

"Lyle?... " Sparkle repeated.

"Yeah.."

"I can't believe it LizBeth. After all these years of friendship, you do it with the guy that did a lot of harm to me.. how could you??" Sparkle was so upset.. that instead of yelling and hitting LizBeth, she slowly let all the tears that were cause by hurt. Her best friend, her soul sister as she assumed was, betrayed her. In a way, that was impossible to forget.

"How could you do that to me LizBeth? That was harsh, LB."

"I didn't mean to do it.. I didn't know what I was doing." LizBeth said sincerly.

"Screw it LizBeth! You are such a bitch! Don't give me that crap! I knew you had some type of feelings for Lyle.. Why didn't you just say so.."

"But I Dont!!!"

"Look LB, from now on, consider our friendship, nothing." Sparkle swallowed hard before she got those words to leave her mouth.

"But Sparkle.."

"NO! This is it.. We can be friends, but never again will I speak to you the way I used to. Just try to forget everything we've been through, but I guess that won't be hard since you obviously demonstrated it already." With that Sparkle left LizBeth speechless. Sparkle was now pissed off and ready to explode. She was going to tell Isaac. Isaac didn't deserve a bitch like LizBeth.

"Isaac?" Sparkle said quietly.

"What?" Isaac said looking up at her.

"Um, can we talk?"

"Sure.. what about?"

"LizBeth."
"Oh.. what about her..??"

Before Sparkle said anything, she explained a lot of things to Isaac about LizBeth. When she told him what she had done with Lyle he went furious.
"What the hell LizBeth? I thought you were supposed to be my girlfriend??"
"oh! So Sparkle told you!!"

"Oh! So you weren't going to tell me.. well thats just great isn't it! Well, from now on.. don't talk to me, don't even get near me. We're through LizBeth."

Now, Isaac left LizBeth speechless. She knew all of this was coming and she deserved it. She just sat there and thought.

"Whats wrong with you Isaac?"

"Stupid LizBeth!!! I hate her!!"

"What she do?"

"She fuckin' cheated on me that what.."

"Oh.. that sucks!"

"Yeah it does... I can't believe her.."

"Calm down Ike! Its okay."

"How would you feel if Sparkle cheated on you?"

"I would probably be mad too. "

"Well then, shut up!"

"Zac?" LizBeth said softly avoiding Isaac.

"Zac, I'll meet you in the car. I dont want to be here no more."

"Okay.. Whats up LizBeth?"

"Okay, I'm going to say this flat out..Sparkle, She um, cheated on you with Taylor." LizBeth said coldly. She couldn't believe she was betraying Sparkle like that but Sparkle had done the same to her. Sparkle still meant a lot to her, but she thought that Zac had the right to know what her supposedly 'ANGEL' girlfriend was up to.

"What?!?" Zac couldn't believe it. He thought LizBeth was playing a really sick joke on him. But he could tell that LizBeth was dead serious.

"I can't believe this. How do you know??"

"She told me.."
