Chapter 10
"Uh.. Uh..er..Umm.. That was Sparkle." Tay hoped that what he was about to do would work.
"Sparkle?? She didnt want to talk to me??" Zac couldnt believe that Tay had now formed some kind of relationship with Sparkle and thought that it was time to start worrying.
"Well no Zac. She called me up and we just starting talking. Dont you think that I would have given you the phone?" Tay said with a sarcastic voice.
"Well yeah. Still, are you sure she didnt want to talk to me?"
"Im sure."
"Well then, what did you guys talk about?" Tay thought for a moment and had to be very careful how he planned everything.
"She asked me if her and her best friend, LizBeth, could come over for a swim in the pool. I said yes."
"She asked you??"
"Yes!" Tay now kind of annoyed that he kept asking in surprisement.
"I told you Zac. Sparkle is interested in me. Dont worry you are invited too." Tay put on a smile.
"Whatever" Zac left the room really mad.
When Zac left the room, Tay gave off a couple of evil giggles. Meanwhile, Zac went to his room and laid on his bed. He thought over and over what Tay had just told him. He couldnt believe it that slowly water was forming in his eyes. He was afraid of Sparkle being interested in Tay and not him. He thought 'But why am I afraid?' The thought of him maybe him falling in love with Sparkle entered his mind but quickly left. He just couldnt imagine him being in love. He was sort of mad at Sparkle. Why did she lead him on when all the time she was in love with Taylor? He couldnt figure it out. Right now he was really confused but yet, this was the time he knew exactly what he was feeling for Sparkle. He liked her. He didnt care if she was interested in him or not. All he knew was that he somehow had to wait for her no matter what. Sparkle did the same thing and laid in her bed thinking about Zac. She just couldnt wait till tomorrow to see Zac. Especially with just a pair of swimming trunks. She giggled when she imagined him. Her thoughts were disturbed when she heard laughing from downstairs. LizBeth was flirting with Eric. Being her usual self she was practically throwing herself at him. Sparkle could tell that Eric was enjoying it. When LizBeth saw Sparkle from downstairs, she could tell what her look meant. It meant'Get your butt up here right now!' She said goodbye to Eric and flew upstairs.
"Where were you?!" Sparkle yelled impatiently.
"Oh sorry. Your brother was keeping me company and I got caught up in the moment." LizBeth got a magazine and started to reading it.
"Oh okay well whatever. Anyways, Big news Chica!!"
"What?!?!?!" LizBeth yelled throwing the magazine down.
"Guess who invited me to go swimming?!"
"Ricky Martin?!?!" LizBeth said in a sarcastic way. She hated Ricky Martin, but Sparkle had a huge crush on him.
"Ha! I wish!" Sparkle noticing the tone of LizBeth's voice being sarcastic.
"Okay then who?!!?!?!" LizBeth grew inpatient.
"Taylor Hanson!" LizBeth was surprised. She quickly took off the smile. All along she thought that Zac was the one that she was interested in and not Taylor.
"I thought you were into Zac?!"
"I am! Its just that I know that Zac is going to be there. Ah... A little jealous are we??"
"HaHA! Funny Spark! Me!? Jealous?!....I dont think so." LizBeth said in voice that no-one could believe her.
"Well anyways, thats not it!" Sparkle knew that LizBeth had a big crush on Taylor. She just never admit it, like the way she never admit that she had a crush on Zac.
"You are coming with me!!!!!"
"OHHHH MY GOD!!!!!!!" LizBeth stood up and both Sparkle and LizBeth hugged each other and started screaming. When they realized what they were doing they quickly stopped.
"Uh... I mean.. thats kewl. I cant wait." LizBeth tried to act cool about both knowing that they were going crazy inside.
"Oh wow! I cant wait! well I guess Im sleeping over tonight." Both of them smiled.
Sparkle's brother came in the room and asked what was going on.
"Me and Sparkle are going over the Hanson's for a dip in the pool" LizBeth informed Eric with a flirtious voice.
"Oh MY GOD! really ?! Oh what to wear!?" Eric said mocking a teenybopper. After that comment he left Sparkles room and screamed down the hall. Both of them just laughed it off. The next day, all Sparkle and LizBeth did, was model off sexy bikini's. They both thought that if this was their one chance to show off their body's to the Hanson's they were going to do it good. LizBeth decided to wear a red bikini that belonged to Sparkle. She thought that knowing that Taylor's favorite color was red, this bikini for sure would catch his eye. Sparkle had a choice between a pink one or a black one. So of course she went with the black one. They modeled it off and decided what to wear over the bikini's. Her brother barged into her room.
"Hey Im going out!...." Eric just stood there and stared at LizBeth.
"Okay.. BYE ERIC!" Sparkle said in a voice wanting her brother to leave.
LizBeth and Sparkle knew that LizBeth made Eric go crazy over what she was wearing.
"Wait Eric.. What do you think of my bikini??"LizBeth said knowing that Eric liked it.
"Uh.. Uh.. Uh..."
"Dont drool Eric!" Sparkle said laughing.
"Its really nice! Bye!"
"Thanks.. Bye Eric!" LizBeth said giving Eric a kiss on the cheek.
Both of them just laughed at Eric's reaction. Both girls were so happy that they were going to go swimming with Zac, Tay, and Ike.
"This is too good to be true Sparkle! I mean you are going to be with Zac and Im going to be with Tay. Today is going to be so perfect!" LizBeth hollowered not knowing that what she just said is the total opposite of what was going to happen.
