Chapter 1
'Why is Life so Cruel to me?' thought 14 year old Sparkle. The death of her loving mother had crushed her deeply. Let alone that, her boyfriend of 3 years broke up with her recently. Her dad was always working and never around because he was a very successful lawyer and always out of town on business. She felt like shit knowing that her baby sister, Lucy, was growing up without a family. Her old brother, Eric, who is 16, and could be a total bitch at times, but he could be a good friend at times. She was totally isolated from her family. Sparkle loved both of her parents to death. Her mother was like her best friend. Eventhough everyone thought she had the most perfect life, she didnt. She never truly showed her true feelings in the outside, if fact it was the total opposite. Sparkle had a smile that any guy could fall for in seconds. She had long brown layered hair that sometimes was streaked, had light blue eyes when she was happy and dark when she was not. She had a tiny waist because ever since hell started in her life she just didnt want to eat anything and saw no point in it. What really annoyed her was that she had a big chest. Every guy she met practically liked her for her body. The bad thing about this was that she didnt see this about Lyle, Sparkle's ex, dumped her because she wouldnt give it up to her. Lyle told the whole school that she did sleep with her and found out she wasnt a virgin and was very experienced. This made everyone think she was a slut. Now, instead of being seen as the most popular all around loved girl at school, she was seen as the most loved one by boys or in other words ... a slut. No-one believed Sparkle when she said none of that was true. Except her long life best friend, LizBeth. LizBeth was the only true friend Sparkle had ever since they were practically babies. LizBeth loved Sparkle as a sister and she didnt care if everyone knew it. LizBeth was just as popular as Sparkle, you can say even more. LizBeth was the envy of all the girls at her school. Next to Sparkle, every guy wanted her. Besides her unique personality, she was very beautiful. She had creamy hazel eyes, medium layered black hair, and her body was very perfect since she played softball and soccer ever since she was little. LizBeth also had a mad crush for Sparkles brother Eric. Though, she never really thought that crush would go anywhere. Sparkle on top of all that wouldnt care if she could live or die. She was going through a lot of shit that she could no longer bare no more, unless a miracle could happen.
