QUESTIONS
I wonder? Do the stars know we wish upon them?
And does the sun understand the necessity light?
I wonder too if the sea appreciates how her rhythm moves us?
Does the great mountain deliberately challenge?
Or the river? Does it ravage us of a purpose?
And is the ground upon which you walk, less earthy by of that?
Does the air you breathe jealously compete for nose and mouth?
Is your mirror grateful for the beauty it reflects?
Your sheets fulfilled for all eternity by way of your presence?
Does time understand what it costs me when you are not here?
