2-- Brigid. Celtic/Irish Triple Goddess. The most powerful goddess, Brigid's symbol is fire, and she rules smithcraft, poetry, inspiration, healing, and medicine. She invented whistling, and when she mourned for her son, she invented keening. No men were allowed into her sanctuary. She was later made into a saint by the Christians, who found it impossible to otherwise eradicate her worship.
