Buffy Summers sat at the bar table tapping her manacured nails on the large coffee cup nervously, glancing at her watch yet again "Where is she?" she asked herself. One of the many small bands in Sunnydale was playing a sad song, she immediatly thought about that one night..... then her thoughts were shaddered by hand on her shoulder she turned around to see a set of eyes staring back at her one grey one viloet then she looked at the girl's face.It was like looking at mirror except for the eyes, the girl had a large grin on her face and her eyes sparkled with a wild fire inside of them, "Hey Buffy, I missed you." Buffy gave her a quick hug "Comeon sit down and I'll buy ya something to drink, Callie. So how are you doing?"she asked as the carbon copy clone sat down next to her, Callie smiled weakly" I've been better, Buffy thank you so much, if you and your mom would'nt have let me come and live with you I don't know where I would have gone"
"Hey Callie we're cousins till the end and we always will be, besides my mom is your god mother, and now we're like sisters are'nt we?" Callie's parents had been murdered two weeks earlier, Callie had barely got away from the attak, with Buffy's help."Wheres your stuff?" Buffy asked
"Oh, It's in my car" she said taking off her black leather jacket reviling her tan arms and a small gothic cross on the left one, Callie had known about the slayer and she had been like an unoffical slayer back in Florida, but now she knew Buffy was the slayer and Buffy knew that Callie would help her in anyway she could. "Buffy" a familar voice came from behind her, Buffy smiled to herself "He's gonna flip when he sees two of me..."Hi Angel," both girls turned around to face the vampire at the same time he seemed very much startled when he saw both of them, he looked at Buffy then at Callie," Um, Buffy?"
they looked at each other then at the same time replied" Yes?" then broke up laughing it was good to see Callie smile again."Angel this is my cousin Calli-"
"Callisto Durron" Callie said. she looked at him funny, and he did the same then they both shrugged it off.
"The recemblence is amazing." he said smiling. "Buffy we need to talk."
Um, ok hold on I'll be right with you." Would you like to stay here and rot your brain with coffee again? Or can introduse you to some friends?"
"Um, well lets see last time we let our brains rot we ended up trying to swim with the sharks at South Beach, remember? I'll meet your friends." Buffy looked over the crowd until she found the heads of Willow and Xander at a table talking, she grabed onto Callie's arm and pulled her over to them, "Xander, Willow, this is Callie my cousin from Miami, Florida, make nice with her till I get back please" and with that Buffy disappered into the crowd of happy teenagers. Xander looked up at Callie dumbfounded"Hi I'm Callisto." she said offering her hand to Xander. He just looked at her off in dream world his mouth open. "Um yeah," she turned to Willow "Can I sit down?"
"Sure take a seat, so how long will you be in Sunnydale?"
"As long as Aunt Joyce and Buffy live here, I'm moving in with them, My parents died two weeks ago and Buffy's mom is my God mother, so here I am."
"Gee I'm sorry about your parents"Willow said sympathetically.
"It's ok I have learned to live with out them for a long time now," she responded
"What do you mean?"
"My parents were really busy they were never home, so I lived on my own and I learned how to live on my own and protect myself, Miami can be a pretty dangerous place."
"Buffy?" A female voice came from behind them.
"Um no I'm Callisto, Buffy's cousin, see the eyes?"
"Oh, hi Cordilla, Callisto this is Cordilla Chase." Willow said.
"Oh, my god your eyes are so pretty! Are they contacts?"Cordilla asked.
"No, they are natral, thanx"
"Your welcome, hey I heard you were moving in with Buffy, is that true?"
"Yeah" Callie said she said slipping on her leather jacket"Um, I'll catch you guys later, I need to go take care of somethings"
"Ok bye Callisto," Willow said
"Hey just call me Callie, Callisto is a name I really don't like."
"Bye" she said throwing her one strap black back pack over her left shoulder and walked off."Xander?" Willow asked.

Callie walked out of the Bronze towards her car to get ready to drive to Aunt Joyce's But then a sence came over her and she spun around quickly to find Angel standing behind her his eyes grimenced"Your a vampire are'nt you?"
"Not totally, My father was my mother was mortal and now I'm part human part vampire."He looked at her strangely.
"What do you mean half human half vampire?"
"I'm immortal I drink blood...if I can get to some but I can be around crosses sunlight and holywater, but there is more but I'd rather Buffy tell you that because she shares a gift that we both have but she refuses to use it, I need to go, I'll see you later."
"Are you going to Buffy's house?"
"No, blood bank, I'm starved." she smiled and took off into the shadows.
"And yet she is a slayer????" Angel asked himself, as he walked towards the libraray to give the new chronicle of the slayers to Giles.

Giles sat in the dim light of the libraray reading somebook he had proboly read fifteen times over when he heard a sound he looked up removing his glasses" Who's there?" he asked with his british acent.
"Just me" Angel said stepping out of the shadows.
"I really wish you would'nt do that."
"Sorry, I have a new book for you," he sat the old leather text on the desk, Giles opened it and frowned.
"I don't reconize this language. What is it?"Giles asked. before he could answer a familar voice rang out.
"Hello? Is anyone here?"
"We're in here Buffy" Giles called out and a young blonde wearing a leather jacket with shorts and a white shirt came in holding a small one strapped bag, Giles looked up at Buffy.
"Good heavens what have you done to your eyes?" Giles asked seeing that the slayers eyes were not her normal brownish green but one was grey the other viloet.
"Um, I know you," she said turning to Angel "But I have no idea who you are." she refured to Giles
"Hey guys!?" the same female voice rang out and yet another pretty blonde walked in..."Angel have you seen...? Oh, I see you found your way here" Buffy said.
"Buffy could you please tell me what is going on?" Giles inquired.
"Huh? Oh, yeah you mean the twin theme going on here, this is my cousin Callisto Durron. She is going to live with me now that her parents died, and don't worry she already knows that I'm The Slayer you might...."
"Say I'm a slayer in my own way, you see I know of their kind and of the other darknesses that pleage this world, Miami has it's share of vampires, but they tend to be more evil." Callisto said cocking her head to the side.
Giles seemed a bit taken back, and a little more then bewildered."Um yes well, you do know there is only one Slayer..."
"Traditionally, but if you read that book on your desk you'll find that for this generation that is not true" Callisto said. Buffy shot Angel a glance he was as lost as she was, so she looked to her watcher, he looked even more confused then the rest of them.
"Well there is a problem we don't kow how to read it it is in a langauge none of us know." The clone slayer looked at him with what was it humer?
"Let me see that" she picked up the book and opened it." This a old dialect of Greek"
They all looked at the girl in surprise."What? It is quite hard to understand though,"She stopped and slumped her arms," Why are you all looking at me like that? Hey I read and speak iin over 10 languages and then I know almost all of their dilects. I, um have a lot of extra time" she glanced at Buffy and the to broke into laghter sharing an inside joke."I um kinda skipped a bunch of grades and I kinda also graduated college" she smiled and shrugged and went back to reading the text. Angel looked at Buffy she smiled
"Just how many grades?" Giles asked.looking at Buffy's carbon copie
"A lot" she said with her eyes still on the book, "Hey this is writen in blood." she said suddenly, everyone looked at her in surprise. "Look," she said giving it to Angel. He looked at it and seemed to sniff the air a little, "She's right" he said bluntly.
"How....I....how did u...?" Giles stuttered
"I have many gifts" she said taking the book back "Hey cool, the end of the world is comming this weekend" all eyes looked at her shocked "I was joking, people god barkey close your mouth" she said glancing at Buffy then walking over to a chair and continued reading the blood written book. Angel leaned over to Buffy "Barkey?" he asked laughter in his voice. she just glared at him, "I'll tell you another day"
"Why did you never tell us you had a cousin who knew you were the slayer? And why did you tell her? And one last thing why dose she think that there are two slayers this generation and that she is one of them?" Giles screamed in a whisper so that Callie could not hear .
"Because one I don't know why she never told you about me, two she did not tel me I always knew, and for your last question because Merrik told me." Callisto said from her corner not lifting her eyes. Buffy felt a stab of pain at the mention of Merrik .
"What do you mean Merrik told you?" Buffy asked. Callie looked up
"Buffy, he is alive, he has been training me and Pike. There is something big that is going to happen Buffy and you have to be ready for it, all of us do. Buffy this may be like before." Callie said her voice started to crack. Angel looked over at Buffy, tears were streaming down her face but she kept a stern face.
"It's getting late Callie we should head home." she said gathering her things.
"OK, hey Mr. Giles, can I keep this book for a little while so I can translate it?"
"Yes please do we'll need all the help we can get."
"Thanks" she walked out towards her car. Buffy started to follow when Angel cought her arm at the front door of the school.
"Buffy, what did she mean like last time?" he asked looking down at her with dark hazel eyes. she looked up at him, enchanting green eyes screamed with fear and hatred.
"I, I'll tell you tommorrow night." she chocked on the words, she wanted just stay there in his arms and tell him everything that had happened to her and let him wrap his strong arms around her and just stay there forever, she tore away from him and walked away.

Callie sighed and looked around her new room, "Plenty of closet room," she said aloud and reached for one of the boxes Buffy had helped lug up stairs, ripped it open and stared inside at the contents.Clothes. She began pulling out an assortment of jeans, shirts, dresses, and shorts. Putting them neatly into the closet and drows. Callie then came to a box of shoes, she decided to put those away later. She got up and rummeged through another cardboard box that was full of old and new books. She started putting them on the single book case on the wall next to the window, she then picked up a old looking book that was bound by leather. "This," she said to herself" needs to be destroyed" she tossed it to one corner and continued unpacking when she found a old photo album, tears welled up in her eyes. She did a backwards jump onto her bed and fliped the book open and a note fell out. She started to read the lacey hand writing...
My dearest Callisto,
If you are reading this, it means I am either dead or the demon that drells inside of me is to close to being free. I can not take the risk of hurting you or depriving you of a future.All I ask is that you will think of me with a smile and remember all fond times we had. And please try and forget about me and the love we once shared. I will love you until the great clock's last tick and beyond, you will always be in my heart, and mind. I will leave this life with the thought that I was one in the pressence of an angel of beauty.
Shane
Callisto held the frail paper close to her chest, and tears had began to fall. She had lost her one true love because of what she was,a vampire. She closed her eyes and let the harsh memories flood back to her. The air had been tence and Callisto stood in the middle of the dim open room. A sound cought her ears and she dropped into a fighting stance, stake raised ready to kill. Then Shane landed in front of her, his face no longer the handsome one she had loved, but the twisted mask of a vampire.
"Callisto, my love, why don't you give in to it? You know what you are, yet you still resist. Why? Join me, you will sit next to the Master and me. You can have more power then you ever dreamed." he hald his pale hand out to her. She dropped the stake and sank to the ground with her head in her hands."Please Callie, we can be togather forever.Just take my hand."he cooed to the fallen girl. She looked up at him unsertainty in her eyes she started to reach for his hand when she came. A blond girl jumped down from the rafters, she was dressed in a school uniform, but Callisto could tell that she was a vampire. Though the new vampire could not tell she was part vamp.
The blond bloodsucker looked down at Callisto's shaking body and smiled wickely and has changed bearing her fangs.
Callisto hissed at her flashing her ivory white fangs even though her face did not change.
"Oh, so the little girl is one of us. Good so we won't have to feast. I'm still full from my last meal." She stepped closer to Callie. And Callie shrank back like a coward.
"Leave her to me Darla," he turned to his girlfriend, "Callie come here" he commanded his face was back to that of a human. She ran past Darla into Shane's open arms. She started crying, burying her face in his shoulder muddering," Why are you doing this...?why are you doing this...?" he patted her back. Just then a dark figure smashed through the sky light, landing with ease on the ground far below.
"Callisto get away from him! He'll kill you!" Pike yelled at his friend as he raised a crossbow into aim. Callie turned around to look at him, tears streamed her face.
"No, don't kill him Pike." Then Darla wraped her arms around Pike's neak and started to chock him. He sputtered and struggled with the female vampire clinging to him with deadly strength. Callisto ran to pull Darla off of her partner when the crossbow went off hitting Shane in the heart turning him to dust. Callisto stopped in shock staring at the area Shane had just been standing at. Her mouth opened and closed a few times, then she turned to Darla who was still fighting Pike. A wave of emotions washed over her, fueled by anger and greif, She ripped the vampire off Pike sending both her friend and her enemy to the floor the concrete floor. She raised a sharpe wooden stake by her head and brought it down into Darla's chest. The vampire smiled. "You missed" she said hissed. She flung Callisto through the air. She hit the wall hard falling into blackness.
Darla took that as a chance to exit. Pike ran to her side kneeling next to her. He touched her cheek. "Call? Can ya here me?" he asked concern growing in his voice. No responce. He scopped her up and hurried back to their watcher's home a few blocks away...
"Callie?" Buffy's voice rang into Callisto ears bringing her back into reality. She slowly opened her eyes to see her cousin standing next to her. She relized Buffy was shaking her gently.
"Yeah...what?" She asked sitting up in the bed, she suddenly became aware of another figure in the room. Angel. "Um, what do you guys want?" she asked trying to come back to full alertness.
Buffy glanced at Angel "We're going to go out and I won't be back till early mornig, can I count on you to cover for me?"she asked her eyes pleading with her cousin.
Callisto looked over at Angel, his expression was unreadable. She looked back at Buffy,"Sure, I mean I used to do it all the time anyway" Buffy smiled.
"Thanks, I owe you one." she gave Callie a hug and walked out the door right behind Angel. Callie laid back down and sighed. At least Buffy is with the one she loves....

Buffy walked side by side with Angel. "I still don't get how you guys look so much alike." Angel said as they walked along the sidewalk.
"Well, our moms were Identical twins, so we ended up looking like each other.Actally it has always worked to our advantage" he pulled her into a tight embrace into a passionate kiss. Buffy was surprised by his actions that at first she did not know what was happening. They broke away and they just looked at each other for a long moment.
"What was that for?" she asked still a little dazed.
"Buffy, I know how you feel for me and I feel the same for you. My feelings grow more and more with every waking minute. I can't try and deny it anymore." Buffy just looked at him in astonishment.
"I...I..." she stuttered. He looked down at her. His dark eyes piercing her heart. " I thought we agreed we can never be togather because of what we are."
"Buffy, I love you. And nothing can change that. Don't you want us to be more then just friends?" His voice was filled with deep emotion. All she could do was nod her head, she was just to amazed at what he had just said to her. She flung her arms around his neak and stayed there for a lingering moment. They continued their walk. *Where are we going?* she asked herself. But she did not really care, just as long as she was with him.

Buffy snuck into her bedroom through the window just before dawn. *Good thing it's a weekend* she stiffled a yawn, and changed into her sleeping clothes. She laid down on her bed and gazed up at the celing. Savoring all that had happened that night. Her favorite cousin had come to live with her...she had always wanted a sister. Then she and Angel had decided to forget what they were and follow their hearts. They had spent the whole night at a cliff edge perch watching the stars togather. She breathed in deeply. "Can life get anybetter then this?" she wondered aloud. She closed her eyes to go to sleep when her eyes slamed open as she remembered what Callie had told her... "Merrick has been training me and Pike..." she sat up abrountly. *Pike?He...he..*
Buffy hit her head with the palm of her hand. She had almost totally forgotten about Pike. He was one of the first people who had seen her as a person not just another Cordilla type girl.*What are you thinking girl?* she screamed mentally*you have a perfect guy, why are you thinking about him now?* she forced herself into sleep. I'll talk to Callie about Pike tommorrow when I show her around she thought as she drifted off into sleep.
