Ridge House Museum and Gallery is an 1875 restored home.
The town of Ridgetown in Chatham-Kent celebrated its Centennial in 1975. Situated on former Highway 21, south of the 401, Ridgetown is in the heart of one of the most productive agricultural areas of South Western Ontario. As their Centennial Project, the Ridgetown Rotary Club purchased the 100 year old ohome at the corner of Oak and Erie Stree South. A typical middle-class home of the 1870's it was built in 1874 by local tradesmen. Restoration was carried out by the Rotary Club, Ridgetown District Historical Society and wth financial assistance from the town and the co-operation of many other gropus and citizens of the area.
