Materials:

- Cardboard.

- Thin cardboard.

- Tube of glue.

- Different patterns and colour cloths.

- Old blue jeans.

- Cotton.

- Colour felt-tips, pencils and paint.

- Scissors

This is rather a fancy one, in my opinion. I love it. Look, as you may have noticed, the levels in Yoshi's Story are all made out of paper, cardboard, cloth, the sea is some blue jeans cut out....it's all very cool. So, get some thin cardboard and paint it with brown paint. Good, now leave it to dry, after drying, roll it so it has the shape of a very wide tube. Now, cut out some hard carboard in the shape of the top hole of the tube we just made, paint it green, and stick it to the hole so it covers it all (this is tricky). Now you've got the main thing done. Great, you just have to decorate the thing. You can do it in loads of ways: To make trees, just cut out a thick trunk out of hard cardboard. Then, do little round patches out of the cloths and sow them all together, so it makes a shape as a blob of circles. If you want to give your leaves more volume, do another of those blobs of cloth with the same shape as the last one, put some cotton in the middle of the two of them, and sew the blobs together (with the cotton inside the two of them). Now stick the puffy blob on to the tree. Make as many trees as you like (choose diferent patterns when making the leaves. It looks better), and fill the base-tube with them (stick them). Now, to make little grass patches, just cut out leaves out of hard cardboard, paint them green, and stick them to the tube. Cool. Now, if you wanna make the re-creation bigger and nicer, you'll need some sky and sea: To make the sky, just cut a big piece of thick cardboard and paint it light blue, and if you wanna make clouds, cut out cloud shapes out of hard cardboard, and paint them white. Stick the clouds to the sky and Bob's yer uncle. Now, to make a sea: Cut out a strip of blue jean, and cut "U" shapes all over the top, like waves. Just stick the sea to the down back of the tube, and the sky to the upper back of the tube. Yeah! A Yoshi's Story scene you've got!
