Lib's Photo Log Part 2

Ahh, a blast from the past! Going to the drive in theatre, located just a few miles outside of our rural town, is one of our many favorite family summertime traditions. It is loved by all, as our family continues to grow and extend to new generations.

Kansas City Royals Stadium, another KC favorite pasttime. Royals Stadium and Chiefs Arrowhead Stadium are neighbors, sharing adjoining parking lots. Young and old, KC Royals fans come alive when they yell "Play Ball!"

Worlds of Fun and Oceans of Fun are Kansas City's family fun theme park. It is themed after the story "Around the World in Eighty Days". The picture shown here is of the Detonator and the Mamba. The Detonator gives it's rider the thrill of a space shuttle launch and the Mamba is recorded to be one of the tallest roller coasters in the world.
