Tortellini Chicken Salad

• 3 c cut-up cooked chicken or turkey
• 2 c deli marinated Italian veggie salad, undrained
• 1/2 c. Caesar dressing
• 2 tblsp chopped fresh or 2 tsp dried basil leaves
• 1 tblsp grated Parmesan cheese
• 1 tblsp capers, drained, if desired
• 1 pkg (14 oz) frozen precooked salad tortellini, rinsed and drained
• Additional Parmesan cheese, optional
• Fresh ground pepper

Directions:

Mix all ingredients except tortellini in medium bowl.

Add tortellini; toss.

Serve with Parmesan cheese and freshly ground pepper.

Serves 8.
