Chowder
- 1 lb. lean ground
beef
- 1/2 lb. bulk, pork sausage
- 1 tsp. thyme
- 1 tsp. chili pepper
- 1 tsp. salt
- 4 peeled and diced,
potatoes
- 5 peeled and diced,
carrots
- 1 can green beans
- 1 can corn
- 1 lge. can italian stewed
tomatoes
- 2 cans tomato soup
Directions:
Brown hamburger and
sausage. Drain well. Add seasonings and rest of ingredients. Add
water to suit preference, using a large kettle. Heat to boil and
simmer for 40 mins.
