Impossible Cheeseburger Pie

• 1 lb. ground beef
• 1 1/2 c. onions, chopped
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• 1/4 tsp. pepper
• 1 1/2 c. milk
• 3 eggs
• 3/4 c. Bisquick
• 2 tomatoes, sliced
• 1 c. Cheddar or American cheese, shredded

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Grease pie plate, 10x1 1/2" or square baking dish, 8"x8" or 6 10oz custard cups.

Cook and stir ground beef and onion in 10" skillet over med. heat until beef is brown; drain. Stir in salt and pepper.

Spread in pie plate.

Beat milk, eggs and baking mix for 15 seconds in blender on high speed or 1 min with wire whisk or hand beater until smooth. Pour into pie plate.

Bake 30 mins.

Top with tomato slices and sprinkle with cheese. (Crisply cooked bacon can also be a topping)

Bake 5-8 mins or til knife comes out clean.

Cool 5 mins.
