Hot Fudge Sundae Cake
Directions:
Heat oven to 350 F.
In ungreased 9x9x2 pan (or close equivalent) stir together flour, sugar, 2Tbl cocoa, baking powder and salt.
Mix in milk, oil & vanilla with fork until smooth. Stir in nuts.
Spread evenly in pan.
Sprinkle on top the brown sugar and 1/4c cocoa.
Gently pour hot water over batter.
Bake for 40 mins.
Let stand for 15 mins.
Spoon upside down into dishes. Top with ice cream.
