Farmers'
Market Pasta Salad
- 2 c rotini pasta,
cooked, drained
- 1 c broccoli
flowerets
- 1 c sliced carrots
- 1 c halved cherry
tomatoes
- 1/4 c sliced green
onions
- 1 container (16 oz.)
Cottage Cheese
- 1/2 c Ranch Dressing
- Salt
- Pepper
Directions:
Toss rotini and
vegetables in large bowl.
Add cottage cheese and
dressing; toss lightly.
Season to taste with salt
and pepper.
