Chicken
Broccoli Divan
- 1 lb (500 g)
broccoli, cut into 2-inch (5 cm) flowerets, cooked and
drained (about 3 c/750 mL)
- 1 1/2 c (375 mL)
cubed cooked chicken or turkey
- 1 can (10 oz/284 mL)
Campbell's condensed broccoli cheese soup
- 1/3 c (75 mL) milk
- 1/4 c (50 mL) grated
Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp (25 mL) dry
bread crumbs
- 1 tbsp (15 mL)
margarine or butter, melted
Directions:
In 11-inch x 7-inch (2 L)
baking dish, arrange broccoli and chicken. In small bowl, combine
soup, milk and half of cheese. Pour over broccoli and chicken.
In cup, combine remaining
cheese, bread crumbs and margarine; sprinkle over top.
Bake at 450°F (220°C)
10 mins or until hot.
Makes 4 servings.
