Butter Crisps
Directions:
Cream the butter and sugar together.
Add the egg yolks and beat briskly, then the rolled oats, salt and baking power blended together.
Add the flavoring and stir in the beaten egg whites.
Blend the mixture and drop from spoon on a greased baking sheet. Leave room for spreading.
Bake about 10 mins in 375 F oven.
