- Read all the posts and keep a record of what your character should know.
- Read descriptions of places and people. It might be important later.
- Think like your character. All characters have some flaws. Don't forget them. Can be as simple as overconfidence or something like racism. It can even be something like a bad deed they did in the past and have to make up for.
- If in doubt email the narrator. She can give suggestions etc.
- If the narrator makes your character do something it is usually important.
- If there's something you want your character to do but you don't want everyone else to know about it. Talk to the narrator. Nothing happens if she doesn't know about it.
- Most important tip HAVE FUN

An Example of how to use the narrator to help u with a story
Sara: Sara has been walking for many days in the forests without seeing any buildings at all. She was beginning to think that she might never see civilisation again. She finally approaches the edge of the woods where she stares in shock at what lay before her.
Narrator: In front of Sara was a huge city. It seemed to sparkle in the sunshine. The walls of the city were of the purest white colour and seemed to sparkle in the sun. She could see many prominent buildings rising above the others. One seemed to be a castle of some sort and another seemed to be a temple.
Sara: Sara starts down the road towards the town and enters in gates that are flung wide open. Again she is surprised by what she saw. The townspeople were dressed in bright colours but their horses. She had never seen such magnificent steeds. They were of the purest white and held their heads up high. She decided to go check out the temple to see what kind of god these people worshipped
Narrator: As she approached the temple she was stopped by some rather tough looking guards. "who are you," they ask "what business do u have here."
Sara: I only wished to visit the temple. Is there anything wrong with that?
Narrator: "Do you worship the god of the river?" asked the guards.
Sara: No but i wish to learn more about this god.
Narrator: "All unbelievers will be punished" said the guards as they drew their swords
Sara: doesn't want to draw her sword. She realises that she would be the one in trouble for she is a stanger in this town. Instead she goes into a defensive position and waits to see what the guards will do.
Narrator: The guards, realising that she is not going to draw her sword, sneer at her. "She's going to be easy picking," said one guard to the other. The spread out and circle around her. Suddenly one makes a stab in her direction
Sara: Sees the stab coming and moves to the side hoping to grab the arm of the guard as he passes by.
Narrator: Sara catches the guard by surprise and manages to grab his arm as he thrusts forward.
Sara: With a quick twist of her arms Sara trys to disarm the guard while attempting to place a kick at his knees.
Narrator: The sword goes flying out of reach and the guard goes down with an oof. However, Sara has forgotten about the other guard who comes to the aid of his fellow. He thrusts his sword at Sara's gut. Sara notices just in time but can't get away in time. The guard's sword slices the side of her body. Its not too deep but she's going to have to see to it soon to get the bleeding to stop
Sara: Wincing pain she attempts to trip the other guard.
Narrator: Sara's movement is too slow and instead she falls over. The guard, grinning, lifts his sword up about to pierce her with it
Sara: In a desperate attempt to save herself she kicks up.
Narrator: Her leg connects with the guards groin and he rolls over in pain.
Sara: She's sees her chance and runs for it hoping to get lost in the crowd.
Narrator: Seeing that she wasn't worth the bother, the guards pick up themselves and their equipment and go the other way. They both agree that they are never going to mention that they were beaten up by a girl.
