Yesterday the last furniture hauling to my Lake Valley site completed the setup of my new offices. The site is now fully functional. It includes both offices and labs.

See me exhausted at my desk after a hard working and very busy day.

After a full day preview last summer, a hands-on-lab using beta 2 software in January and another full day with Microsoft today, I finally decided for the tools to build the next line of applications. Here they are: VS2010, SL4, .NET4, Expression Blend, WCF RIA services, ADO.NET Entity Framework and SQL Server.

After more than 17 years today is my last day with PC-WARE. After the summer holidays I will start my sabbatical.

Now it goes public within 3 days...

Wow, another year has passed. No entry to the Blog for over a year!!!

 

You know meanwhile I'm 40 now and IT starts to hang. It? Guess what (belly?)?

 

3 years after my original decision the right time has come. So it’s said now, but still it has to be done and completed. For now it’s still a secret. Tell ya what’s about when the secret has been opened.

Company name change - good bye BISON welcome PC-WARE

I'm now 15 years with the company. Wow, time is running!

In all those years we had several name and CI/CD changes. Originally called AGRO-DATA AG, then Computer AGROdirect, then BISON Schweiz AG, then BISON Systems AG and from April 1st 2007 onwards we are PC-WARE Systems (Schweiz) AG.


Overall the last five years as BISON Systems AG were good years, where business became better and better the last 3 years.

We will see what the future will brings us or more approaching "bringing the future to the present".
