Laydown Racer 19 x 6 has only 1676 feet of track - substantially smaller than either Mystic Flight or Evil Vultures, the Laydown coasters that come with the game. Those two coasters both have only three block sections, so are restricted to two trains.

The front end of the coaster has a minimum height of +2, which means that the station can be built over a path, or even a plaza.
