There are three types of people in the world: Pirates, Ninjas and Landlubbers.


Ninjas wear black and hiss (how rubbish is that for a noise?) They have weird techy weapons which are a bit silly. They also have small feet. Avoid them if at all possible

Pirates, on the other hand, are much better. They have incredible prosthetic limbs (usually wooden). They also have amazing custom headgear, massive cutlasses and interesting injuries, some of which are fatal. They go around in massive great boats called galeons, and have cannons.

The landlubbers are just dull. No more to say.

If you see a pirate walking around, you should go up to him and point him in the direction of
1: The nearest Sea Port
2: The nearest Loot
3: The nearest Alcohol (note: if you send a pirate to a wine bar, you usually get keelhauled. There simply isn't enough gunpowder in a Bourdeaux)
