My parents consist of mum and dad. Mum is, apparently 'cool' and dad is scary according to some friends (lyndsay). he isnt really he just doesnt really talk to my friends. believe me, if i could get away with that i'd be doing the same. dad works in the Merchant Navy and can be away at sea for 4 or 5 months at a time. he's rarely home for birthdays and Christmas but that doesnt matter because his job is cool, we get cool prezzies and its not like we only ever have one birthday.....they get kinda familiar after 20 of them. mum works, but only when it suits her, she doesnt have a 'career' or anything (no time, family to raise and all that). i've given my parents a hard time the past few years which i feel bad about.....but i'm quite sure they prefere that to me keeping it all to myself and self-destructing when im 30. anyway, my parents rock.....
