Welcome! My name is Krister Swanson, I teach AP Government, AP Microeconomics, and AP Research (for students engaged in projects in the Humanities and Social Sciences) at Thousand Oaks High School in Thousand Oaks, CA, and I am also the author of Baseball’s Power Shift (University of Nebraska Press, 2016).
This page was originally established as a simple portal to
the classes I teach and some selected historical resources. In 2015 I stopped
using this domain as a way of providing content to my students, moving first to
Edmodo and more recently to Google Classroom.
