Starrs - To walk across the stage at college graduation at the wrong time... and then be hit by a cement mixer later that day.

Meyer - passed out with your head in a toilet and your pants around your ankles and your ass in the air with a little bit of poop stuck in your crack

Bran Flakes - on the shitter...or masturbating, it depends on who the person is that finds you

Docks - suffocate on a blow job.
