CHEROKEE

Hi, my name is Cherokee and this page is exclusively mine. I live in Sunny Southern California with my parents, skin brother, fur brother and skin uncle. We live in an apartment ("Oh don't worry, we have a home...we just need a house to put it in")

I am mommy's baby but I'm daddy's little girl. I love cuddling with mommy and making her feel better when she's sad. Mommy is the one who cleans my ears, trims my nails, brushes my teeth and makes me all pretty. She stays home with me and keeps me company. I love her very much. Then there's daddy. He is the coolest and I love to play with him. He has even taken me to work with him. Once I was even in one of his photoshoots and my picture was in a catalog that he made for the company he works for. Actually I was also in the local newspaper with my bestest friend Rayna. They did an article on a Boxer Bash we had and they took a cool picture of Rayna and I boxing.

I'm the one who's taught them all about Boxers. (OK, maybe Boxerworld has helped too) If you really think about it though, they wouldn't need Boxerworld if they didn't have me.

Like any normal boxer I was quite mischievous as a puppy but have grown into an educated young lady. ("The way I see it, if you want a rainbow, you gotta put up with the rain.") These days I like to relax until it's time to play. I have friends that I play with on occasion or that come over to hang out at my place. Sometimes mommy will organize a playdate with my bestest friend Rayna. We don't see each other as often as I'd like but our parents sometimes are very busy. Although ("Friendship is unnecessary, like philosophy, like art... it has no survival value; rather it is one of those things that give value to survival.")In other words although unnecessary I need it and they know that. Sometimes on our walks I forget my manners a bit but mom helps me remember. She doesn't want people to get the wrong impression about us Boxers. Some think we're mean and vicious when in reality we're big softies with a whole lotta heart. If people only knew how great we are maybe they wouldn't be so scared. Or if they could walk a mile in my paws they'd fear themselves instead of vice versa. (I'd like their repect, but I'd rather keep mine.")("I've learned that you cannot make someone love you. All you can do is be someone who can be loved. The rest is up to them.")

I really love my life. To my parents I am their child. They feel bad because they wish they would have known more when they got me. I was adopted from a pet store which is a big NO NO. If they had, had the knowledge they wouldn't have done so. I'll be honest with you though I thank God every day for the ignorance my parents had and the way I see it ("Wherever you are, that's where you were meant to be") Please know that neither I or my parents encourage ignorance. We are grateful to have crossed paths but we promote doing it the right way. My parents will never know where exactly I came from. Or what diseases my parents or ancestors had. We can only hope that God will bless us. We will ("Live each day as if it were our last, because one day we'll be right.") Thank you for taking the time to read all about me. I will now attach some pictures for your enjoyment. the quotes used in my Bio are taken from random quotes mommy has found throughout a book of a friend. I hope you enjoyed reading.
