Caesar Barber, you disgust me
McDonald's Lawsuit:
Fast food makes you fat. No shit, sherlock.
Nevertheless, 56-year-old Caesar Barber, with the aid of lawyer Samuel Hirsch, has deemed it necessary to file a class-action lawsuit against 4 promenent fast food ventures. The accused: McDonald’s, Wendy’s, Kentucky Fried Chicken, and Burger King.
Barber blames these restaurants for contributing to his poor health condition. Apparently, the 272-pound victim was on his way home from work when a masked figure jumped out of the bushes and crammed a Big Mac down his f#$king throat. Barber, barely having time to swallow, was then brutally assaulted by a barrage of greasy drumsticks from a second attacker. By the time police arrived at the scene, the two culprits had fled.

Samuel Hirsch:
This guy is a maggot ! This case with Barber is only one of several lawsuits he has drawn up against McDonald's.
In Hirsch's most recent venture, he is representing a group of overweight children. According to BBC News, he alleges that McDonald's, "violated New York state's consumer fraud statutes by deliberately misleading consumers into thinking their cheeseburgers and other products were healthy and nutritious."

Testifying against McDonald's, the mother of one of the children claimed, "[I] always believed McDonald's was healthy for my son." Worst mom...EVER!!! Not only is she stupid, but she apparently doesn't know how to cook either, considering the frequency with which her son eats at McDonald's.
Shoutout to Caesar Barber and Samuel Hirsch: I HOPE YOU CHOKE ON WHATEVER YOU ARE EATING AS YOU READ THIS, SO AS TO SAVE THE PUBLIC FROM HAVING TO LISTEN TO YOUR CRAP.
