Welcome to the Strike of the Matt, I'm Matt Russo. The ppv was incredible once again as we saw some great action. Prophet and Migitor battled it out with both tag titles on the line and Prophet walks out of that match winner and he chose his long time friend Viper to hold the straps with him. Hold them they did as their first set of defenses they retain them on Warfare. Great job guys, but an equally great job to Malice who won the right to face the Big Money champ at Blood Sweat and Tears. Rex did an incredible job as well as he pummeled Buff Taylor for the right to face the RWF champion at BST. Feared One opened the televised portion of the ppv by beating Adam Superstar in what we thought was a retirement match, only to find out later that it was all an elaborate scheme by our boss, James Nichols! We'll get back to that later. Spike did the near impossible as he defeated Lance Harbor to capture his first ever RWF heavyweight championship. It was an incredible finish, but the next night Spike would gloat and then strike his former manager! Those deeds wouldn't go unpunished as Lance was a contributing factor to causing the title to be handed to Prophet after defeating the champion on Warfare! Eric Draven showed us why he is a superstar as he defeated STOMP's Apocalypse to clinch a shot at the Xtremity championship. If he wins the fatal 4-way at BST, he will be the first ever two time X champ. James has committed blasphemy when he brought the EBWF in to screw over the newly created stable Past Present and Future. Adam Superstar turned on the PPF to help the EBWF and James dismantle them and BAMM who was supposed to be Team Jammer for that contest. One thing is clear everyone, we are at war! Terror X spit in the face of James this week when he took the Hardcore title, but Phoenix who took James' side captured the Big Money strap. PPF took the six man straps and Prophet won the battle royal to round out the week. Onto the ranks.
