Ok, well, the song is basically I just sat down, listened to Death Cab For Cutie and Elliott Smith, and decided to write a song just writing total honesty of what I feel. You know how often times I or other writers will hide their message behind a song? Well, I said fuck it and just wrote it out. And I wanted it to be upbeat because I wrote it I sang it and it was definately a bouncy song. The title was written before the song because I thought that as I wrote out the "honesty song" it would come out as some There's No I In Team thing. I pleasently surprised myself and kept the title anyway.
