Innocent As A Human Explanation

This one has a weird story. It's about a girl, obviously, but it's not about her breaking my heart. Well, not romantically. This girl, who's name will be abstained, was like... the epitomy of what I saw as just a regular sweet and innocent girl. She was friendly (to me, atleast), had a nice attitude, and her and I were quite close. However, one night we were doing a survey together, asking each other questions and it came to the question "Have you lost your virginity?" She said no and then five seconds later said "Actually... yes..." This bugged me. For one, I'd think that when her and I were as close as we were, couldn't she atleast tell me this when it happened?? Not only that, but the image of purity I had was gone. Now, I realize, this girl was not pure under any form of fashion, but the fact of the matter was that to me she was. The side of her that came out around me was the sweet one. To learn this news was an unpleasent shock. And as an unpleasent side note, with all the time we had spent together, not once had there ever been romantic ideals shown between us, thus leading to a lot of sexual tension. Thats where the last four lines come in. The name of the song comes from an episode of the TV Show "Hellsing" (no relation to Van Helsing). It's an anime show about zombies and vampires and demons and cops. It's weird, but cool. There was an episode called "Innocent As Human."

Oh yeah. One more thing. The girl and I? We don't talk anymore.
