"Hell Of A Way To End A Partnership" Explanation

I can't take a lot of the credit for this song. I believe to send credit where credit is due, and while I came up with the music for it and the end of the lyrics, to be perfectly frank and honest, Rob Hagelstein wrote every other word in this song. He gave me permission to keep the song as my own, so NOW it's mine, but I didn't write it anyway. The song is about a relationship of his own, I don't know how much I am allowed to reveal about it, but it's his story really. Almost in the way Super Heros In Peril is someone else's story, even though I wrote it. But yeah... now this song is all my own, and other than that there is nothing of interest to say...

I was inspired to title it based on a Fall Out Boy song. I don't like Fall Out Boy much, but I LOVE their Acoustic EP, My Heart Will Always Be The B-Side To My Tounge. One song is called "It's Not A Side Effect Of The Cocaine, I Am Thinking It Must Be Love," and I thought it was cool that they had a quote for the song title, so I took a quote from something I thoroughly enjoy... Frank Miller's Sin City. If you want to know the story it's from, it's from "That Yellow Bastard." Frank Miller is an awesome writer and the Sin City books are really great reads, so check them out.
