Lisa's Mixology

Now that I'm back in San Diego I'm looking for a new job to support myself through a year or two of vacation. I was hired on at the Cheescake Factory. But I quit because I would have suffocated there.

(This is of Jessica and me at the Spag Fag. I'll put one of me mixing as soon as one is taken. For some reason no one gets photos of me mixing.)

On September 27, 2002, I became Bartending Certified. The people of Tir Na N Og and Romani have both enjoyed my mixing for a few years now. I still need to make Bloody Marys at war and redeem the bad mixology I began with.

Below is an artical that got published in the San Fransico Chronicle on Sunday, September 22, 2002, about my school. I'm in it at the bottom. I was a bartender in San Francisco for about 3 weeks and then I was replaced by someone with more experience. Nevermind all that. I still know my stuff.

Then I went to Spag Fag (the Old Spaghetti Factory) and waited tables and tended bar for a year and a half. That's where I perfected my bloody mary's.
