You have stumbled upon something quite innocently in your web
postings. Part of how the cult woks is to always break down any
connection with your past, familly and interest before you met them.
The, every friggin thing in your life will revolve around Larouche.
For Jews, the slick attacks on Jewish Bankers, along with LHL's
incessant attacks on Jewish members at meetings, broke them down. In
the early 80's the security staff would tell anti semitic jokes to
members. Like "How many Jews can you fir in a VW". A lot of Jewish
members quit. The ones that were left, were broken down even more.
Blacks were not allowed to have any connection to culture unless it
went through or benefitted LHL bizarre plans. Go into the LYM web
site and read this Campaigner "The Racists roots of Jazz". They have
it on a PDF file.
Phil was married, and then was divorced before he met Leni. He
actually was pretty depressed after his divorce. He was sent to
Europe where they arranged a "chance meeting" with Leni. He came back
married. Phil has had people evicted. stiffed members and vendors for
thosands and thousands of dollars in debts. He will do anything for
LHL, why do you think he is in charge? I heard a story that he once
made members who were musicians sell their instruments for some quick
cash to finance the LHL campaign. And this SOB has the nerve to tell
people that the LYM is dedicated to music?????
So for the last 30 or so years, ol Phil has been telling people that
there is no hope, no future, your money is no good, unless you give
LHL all of your money, stocks and bonds. I do not think he has any
remorse or guilt over the members he screwed or the contacts he
bankrupted. He does not do this for money. But Harley, Will Wertz,
Phil and the the remaining old hard core leaders have absolutely
nothing to live for after this LHL insanity is over. They have no
kids, no savings, nothing. They all gave up college degrees and a
future in betting that LHL is not nuts. They lost this bet.
So I have a little sympathy for them, but not for what they will pull
over the eyes of the newer recruits.
If you want to have fun. Call the state labor board about how the
Company they set up in Glendale is paying less then the minimum wage,
How they use minors to distribute materials. And wether they pay
taxes.
?????Did you ever find the Dennis King book? I am trying to find a
copy some where for you. But look in the library system.

Dear Erin,
I just read your latest web entries. I just want to assure you that I
am not in the LYM. I was once a member until I came to my senses many
years ago. I maintainted an independence while I was in, so I never
sold my soul to Larouche. What motivated me to email you was that I
witnessed many, many acts of crulety and hideous behaviour of LHL
members,LHL and Helga. I could just as easily ignored the cult and
continued with my very happy normal life. But, when I saw how
another group of young people were being duped by this delusional
group, I stuck my nose in.
I email you things so you know what you are dealing with. So far, you
have shown a remarkable aptitude in identifying their insanity. Let
me tell you a bit about Ol Phil. Back in the early 1980's I started
to hear certain horrible anti semitic jokes being circulated by the
LHL security staff. Jokes like "How many Jews can you fit in a VW" or
"What is the difference between a Pizza and a Jew". I could not
believe what my ears were hearing. When members comlained, they were
told that they came from the Boss himself. This was during a time
when we were fighting the ADL. We were being accused of being anti
semitic group. now the story we were told was that LHL wanted to
"toughen up the Jews" for our protection against the ADl. So whenever
we heard some one say that they heard that we were anti semitic, our
response was that "we have many Jewish leaders her in the Larouche
movement". I would here many Jewish members mouth that line. But here
is the crazy thing. We had no practising Jewish members. A lot of the
Jewish members in the org quit in the early 80's over the anti
semitic jokes.
The operation that was done was another in the long line of stripping
any bit of a person's identity. Phil has not been to a Jewish Temple
in Decades. For any Jew to remain oin this group means that he or she
have been completely beaten by LHL to a lifeless heap. Phil at one
time was a PHD candidate. He left school almost 35 or so years ago.
He had a disastrous relationship in Seattle. A failed marriage before
the Germans run by Helga hooked him up with Leni. He has been a
beaten man who will undertake any task of LHL. He has put the health
and welfare of members behind every crazy idea of LHL. He would put
his mother on the street if it freed up some cash for an LHL TV spot.
He thinks nothing of letting the eviction papers fly, the electricity
getting turned off, members dressed in rags, unsafe cars, keeping
members out till 11 PM at night to raise money.
I was thrown off the original LYM forum when I said that I was
working on a post to show how they mentally abuse people. It was
going to be called "Beyond Psychos, The Analysis".
Ol Phil will teach his mumbo jumbo to gullible kids. Did he tell you
how many members we had who had nervous breakdowns? We staffed our
whole NYC printing operation with people from around the country who
went crazy. Did he tell you how many marriages and relationships that
the leadership broke up? Did he tell you about the time a female
leader took a pregnant member to an abortion clinic and said that "we
do not have time for babies now? Did he ever tell how members who
had kids or were pregnant were scorned and looked down on? Did Ol
Phil EVER complain to LHL that his unrelenting attack on Jewish
members publically and privately was insane? Did Ol phil ever stop
screwing members by putting phones, leases, utilities and cars in
their names, running up huge bills and then telling them to "just
skip out".
I am not in California, but I am curious if you were ever asked to:
-take out a loan
-co sign a loan
-rent an apt for them
-let them charge a plane ticket on your credit card
-talk you into leasing a car for them.
Did you know any members who ever complained about being owed money
for bills or loans.
Does anyone ever call you who is freindly to you and still in the group?
I can tell you that as this crazy campaign goes on, there will be
discontent among the LYM. They will do some things to keep them going
like announcing an assasination nthreat againstb LHL or a nuclear war
mobilizaition or some typre of apacolyptic predictions. The idea is
to keep the people going around the clock in a frenzy.
Any thing you mention to me is always a big help. View me as a
consumer fraud fighter.

Subject: Michael Billington? He is living, while his victims are probably dead by now
Date: Thu, 04 Mar 2004 02:47:05 +0000
Dear Ms Belcher,
I read your recent posting about Michael Billington. Here is an
article about how ruthless these Larouche fundraisers were. I can
tell you that the fundraisers were revved up with a lot of
interesting tactics. The cult printed article on Stalin, Patton and
really praised various dictators in EIR. The point was too make
people believe that you must be ruthless in raising money. Nothing
matters in your life, except to raise money for LHL. The fundraisers
were operating 18 hours a day 7 days a week. Mike was a great
fundraiser. If you were in the East coast and it suddenly was 9 PM.
You took a break and then started to call West coast time zones for
money. So you could be on the phone till midnight!
They did a play by playwright Cristopher Marlowe called
"Tamberlane" i think. He was a ruthless killer in the Middlle Ages.
You were supposed to be ruthless in your fundraising. We used to
laugh in Leesburg when Ol Phil would call mike "Michael Bilkington".
You see, we were calling various fundraising lists. We hit the
jackpot with a list of old conservative woman, Often widows who lived
by them selves. Mike knew how to put on the charm. We had people
claim to be accountants and talk people into selling valuable stocks
and bonds in exchange for our promissary notes or IOU 's. Often LHL
would venture out like a cult version of the caroton classic "Fog
Horn Leg Horn and have a drink and charm the old ladies on his
virginia farm
The former head of California, Will Wertz was brought in to
crack the whip. We were promising people untold interest rates,
telling people to remortgage their homes, co sign loans, and we would
pay them back. People in finance like a guy named Yepez and a Curtis,
who knew something about loans, took off. They looked at how much
money we were borrowing, then left when it looked like a house of
cards. The real hairy moments were when we get old people who had
dementia and alzheimers to sign over their ENTIRE life savings to us.
Back then we knew nothing about those diseases. But that never
stopped the cash machine.
Now during this orgy of money, LHL travelled like a King and lived in
estates with Helga. The damn dogs and horses of Helga were better fed
and cared for then the members. At the trials, LHL claimed not to
have income to pay taxes and stated that he had no idea where the
money came from. All the while we are reading briefings with LHL's
critique on the money situation.
Erin, you paid more taxes than LHL did.

Elderly Seek Refunds
From LaRouche
By Alison Howard
Washington Post Staff Writer
Wednesday, May 23, 1990; Page D01
awyers for an elderly Gettysburg, Pa., man who gave more than
$260,000 to political extremist Lyndon H. LaRouche Jr. have moved to
seize the money from LaRouche accounts at financial institutions in
Fairfax and Loudoun counties.
Eleven garnishment summonses were filed Monday in Loudoun County
Circuit Court in Leesburg and served Monday and yesterday at eight
banks and three brokerages in Falls Church, Fairfax, McLean, Sterling
and Leesburg.
A federal judge in Harrisburg, Pa., ruled in January that LaRouche
associates used "misrepresentations" two years ago to obtain four
stock certificates worth $261,039.75 from Elmer Yoder, of Gettysburg,
then 88.
In his order, Judge William W. Caldwell said Yoder suffered from
"degenerative dementia" and "lacked the mental capacity" to manage
his assets. Caldwell said Yoder did not know the names of the group
to which he was giving stock or the names of the fund-raisers who
"misinformed" him that his gifts were tax deductible.
Yoder sued to recover the money after his children discovered the
transaction and local police investigated. The judge's order was
entered against two LaRouche fund-raisers, Michael Billington and
Laurence Hecht, and two Loudoun-based LaRouche groups, the Executive
Intelligence Review and its news service.
Billington has been convicted of federal mail fraud and state
securities fraud in connection with raising funds for LaRouche.
According to William Mims, Yoder's Leesburg attorney, the summonses
effectively freeze any accounts in the defendants' names or in the
names of several other LaRouche enterprises. The financial
institutions have until July 6 to report whether such accounts exist
and how much is in them.
The group has operated, Mims said, under more than 40 names, "and we
will simply have to see whether the names we have given them" turn up
accounts.
Dana Scanlon, spokeswoman for the LaRouche organization, said, "I
think this is simply one more part of the local, state and federal
government effort . . . to shut down a political movement for the
last several years."
"This is simply an attempt to collect upon the judgment that a
90-year-old man received in federal court," Mims said. "It is no more
and no less . . . . "
In a related development, the lawyer for another LaRouche
fund-raiser, Rochelle Ascher, has asked for a special prosecutor to
investigate an elderly Pennsylvania woman who is trying to recover
the $740,000 she said she gave to Ascher and other LaRouche
fund-raisers over the last year.
Ascher has been free on bond while she appeals her conviction last
April in the securities case for soliciting loans for LaRouche,
knowing that the lenders would not be repaid. Last week, the state
Attorney General's Office moved to revoke her bond on grounds that
she has used "undue influence" to raise donations.
Among contributors who say they were pressured by Ascher is Helen
Overington, 82, of Waynesboro, Pa. She wrote to Ascher in March,
saying, "I plan to pursue whatever legal action is necessary to
recover my property, including answering questions in court about the
LaRouche organization and persons with whom I dealt . . . . If a
substantial amount of my property is returned, this matter can be
dropped."
In a motion filed Monday in Loudoun County Circuit Court, Ascher's
lawyer, John P. Flannery II, alleged that the demand is an attempt
"to extort monies from {Ascher} in exchange for not testifying
against her . . . . "
Flannery also alleged that Overington, her family and law enforcement
officials "have continued to orchestrate her threats through various
media contacts."
Overington's attorney, Lynne Y. MacBride, could not be reached for comment.

Dear Ms. Belcher,
Interesting update on your web site. Let me tell you a few things. Anna
Shavin' parents are two musicians/perormers in Leesburg VA. They have been
in the LHL org for decades. Anna grew up in that environment and is a hard
core member. A lot of problems developed in Leesburg when the kids of Labor
Committee members grew up. The leadership wanted them to deploy, but a lot
parents were horrified that their offspring would be manning tables for
another 20 years. A lot of the older member parents wised up. A lot of older
members are depressed because they missed out on having children in their
early years. Their was a policy not to have kids. This is from a group that
once publihed a Journal called Fusion magazine. One cover attacked zero
population growth for the world and had a title "The World Needs More
People". The crazy LHL world, however, was not a world that needed more
kids. I heard LHL once myself tell members in a conference that "We are too
busy, and doing too much for humanity to raise kids. You know that LHL has a
son named Danny I think. He was once in the org, but left. His first wife
was named Janet Larouche I think. She wrote books on feminism.
The sickest thing I remember is a senior female member marching a
younger member to a doctors's office to get an abortion. A few younger
female members got abortions, since the org was too busy saving humanity.
Now as to suing the LYM. Here is what you need to know and find out.
Usually, the local offices were set up with a company, such as "Caucus
Distributers or American System Distributers. That company would cover
payroll and local expenses. Now ol Phil is a veteran of skipping out on
debts. He and Harley and other members have left landlords, telephone bills,
printing bills, credit cards, bus company bills, members expenses, medical
bills holding hundreds of thousands dollars of debt. They have no problem
getting evicted and moving. In fact, Phil , Will Wertz and other leaders are
notorius at starving members and having them evicted.
They are also used to getting sued and having judgements. The orgs
finances are done in way so that cash, checks and cc reciepts are sent to
Leesburg to be used by the other entities. Thius their is almost no cash in
a bank. They use members cars and have members put stuf in their names. This
is not how a regular business operates. If you are persuing legal action you
must include a broad net as they will have no trouble shutting down and
declaring bankruptcy.
Did you see anyone paid via a paycheck??
Who issued it?
Who's name is the phone in?
When you were in the field, who did people write checks to for lit?
Are you friendly with any members or former members in the office?
Understand that the hard core members have no trouble screwing their own
members. They had no remorse over taking money from mentally challenged
people. They had no trouble taking ALL of the life savings of older people
with dementia back in the 80's. They would have supporters remortgage their
homes and promise that they would pay the loans. They never did. They would
send the phone workers to different members houses, get 7 extra lines
installed, run up a $20,000 dollar phone bill, and then ship the member off
to a different state.
Without being in LA, I predicted every thing that will happen, cause I went
through it. consider your self lucky that you escaped.
Now since you have experience doing HTML and web design. Have you thought of
doing a Larouche web site that would show up when anyone typed Larouche in a
search engine? I have some ideasm but lack that knowledge of how to do it.
Please think of all of the things I mentioned. I am very curious if you
remember any of the older vets there. I may know them.
You have the opportunity to be a real thorn in their side. My motives are
sincere. I do not wish to see another generation of young people misled by a
madman, get burned up and left in the trash.
I know too much.
Please try to find the book by Dennis King at the library. You will have a
great time reading it.
Yours truly,
xlcr4life
