Birth Name: Your characters birth name. First and last. Provide a meaning and a name origin. This doesn't have to be very revelant but it's fun and it always makes us love you.
Age: In the original series, Sailor Moon and the other senshi started when they were 14, so we're kinda doing the same. Anywhere from 14-20
Birthdate (no years): The day your character was born. Or placed on earth. The day your character chose to be.
Astrology Sign: This goes with your birthday.
Gemstone: Either your character's favorite stone or their birthstone.
Blood Type: Yeah, your blood type.
Likes: A list of nouns that your character likes. No verbs.
Dislikes: A list of nouns that your character dislikes. No verbs.

Hobbies: A list of verbs that your character likes to entertain themselves with.
Good points: A few things that make your character a good person. Your character's strong points.
Flaws: Your characters flaws. This makes things interesting.


Appearance
Hair: (color, description, etc.) (1 paragraph)
Face: (eyes, nose, etc.) (1 paragraph)
Voice: Low? High? Musical? (1 paragraph)
Build: How tall they are, are they skiny, etc (1 paragraph)

A few paragraphs about your character's past as a Senshi and their present life from birth to present age. Long is good.
