The Basics

Creativity rocks! Be creative, be wacky, be as fun as possible. We here at BIO like different. Don't be 'fraid to be different.

Two character per person rule.

No powerplaying. You are not all powerful. Sailor Pepsi and Sailor Coca-Cola are not all powerful and neither are you.

Do not use the e-mail addresses of the reviewers to send out spam/forward/etc. Or...something bad will happen to you!



Application Rules

Fill out the entire application, or we will auto-reject you.

Making a picture for your character is not needed, but would be a nice trinket to send along to "ooh" and "ahh" us.

Don't apply as a Sailor Moon series character. Don't apply as Sailor Moon's long lost cousin. Don't apply as Sailor Venus's cousin's dog. Do not appy as Sailor Mars's grandmother. You will not get in. We will laugh at you. Funny ha-ha!

Please do research. Please. We will look at your blood type, sun-sign, birthdate, and name for revelency to your personality and/or history. It will surely hurt you if we read your personality and see no revelance. Don't be a fool, do the proper research!

Don't bother the review team by sending e-mails asking them if you've gotten in yet or we will trash your application.

When your application appears on the review page, and you read the review and see that the council is making fun of you - don't complain! They are doing their jobs, and trying to have fun in the process.



Once-You're-Accepted

Represent! Participate in stories!

You will expected to make a web page for your character, get help to make a web page for you character, or get someone to make web page for you.

When you're going on vacation please notify us, so we can pause the story. Thank you very much.
