Once upon a time, during the peace known as the Silver Millennium there were two planets, one ruled by the Queen of Coca-Cola and the other ruled by the King of Pepsi. Long ago, the King and Queen of each said planet had been in love and their love produced two identical daughters.

But of course, the love between the Queen and King was doomed as their planets were known rivals so they each took one of the girls to raise. Of course, both of the girls noticed that they looked an awful lot alike from pictures and meetings at court. It wasn't like the two liked each other very much or anything, but they had noticed. It was hard not to notice.

One day, our princess on the planet of Pepsi heard of plans that her planet was to be attacked by the Coke Planet's army. Of course, the Princess of Coke's planet also heard of such things and decided that the only way to know for sure was to spy. And so, the two at the very same time switched lives without even knowing it. Of course, people believed them. But one day, they met each other in passing on their ways home and of course that didn't go to well.

Like most young princesses, they had been supplied with Senshi to protect them and guide them and so they immediatly called upon their senshi friends. Of course the much older (and wiser) Sailor Dr.Pepper also heard the cry from both of the princesses and went to the fight immediatly. When she got there it was all out war. Dr.Pepper began to stop the fighting but nothing worked. Dr.Pepper didn't like that. You better respect her authoroty, or she'll lay the smackdown on yo' punkass. So, in a last resort she literally put the two princesses and both of their senshi teams into storage for later use.

Now, it is the year 2002 and Sailor Dr.Pepper has finally kept the Soda Senshi in storage long enough. She reknewed all the senshi's Starseeds and put them back upon earth with new and updated families. Dr.Pepper sent an envoy to the head Senshi of both teams, in the form of two guardian cats (a male named Starflec and a female named Moonflec). It was these two cats who delivered new henshin items to each of the Soda Senshi and prepared them for the battle soon to be at hand.

Of course, it was only a matter of time before the senshi to begin to discover their real pasts in the Silver Millennium and to polish their senshi powers again. They began to rise to power again, ready for the ultimate fight between the two senshi teams of Coca-Cola and Pepsi.
