The Northern Hemisphere
Pretending to protect the population, FunFrock herded the people into the Southern Hemisphere. He said that the sun was too hot and that the climate change had started to create mutant monsters. In reality it was him who created them! He used the evacuated islands to build his factories and fortresses. Some people refused to to be deported into the southern hemisphere though. They live in the mountains and on Tipett Island.
