Micro and Macro evolution are two different types of evolution. One of which is a scientific fact. Micro evolution CAN be proven and is a fact of science. Micro evolution is when an organism changes without changing its genetic make-up. That means it is not getting any new information in its genes. It is actually losing information. An example of Micro evolution would be adaptation (or Natural Selection, sometimes called "Survival of the Fittest"). Adaptation: is the process whereby a series of variations already within a population gets winnowed down to the few that are best suited to any particular environment. Another type of Micro evolution would be mutation. A mutation doesn’t gain any new information either. It is losing the information in its genetic make-up. And if the mutation is a "benefit" in a sense, it’s only a benefit because it works in the organism’s special environment. But the organism is not gaining new info in its genes. On the other hand Macro evolution CAN’T be proven. Macro evolution is a different type of change all together. Macro evolution is when an organism over time changes into a different type of organism. This type of evolution can’t be proven. Scientists have studied over the past 100 year’s macro evolution in bacteria called e-coli (above). And with all there experiments, trying to cause the e-coli to mutate into a different organism, they have found nothing but e-coli. The loss of info in its genetic make-up made the e-coli get bigger and resistant to some things. But the fact is it never evolved into anything but e-coli. The evolutionist will claim that an organism can gain new information with several mutations over time. "But how can it gain new information when mutations don’t provide new info?" I can simply say "IT CAN’T!!!!" You see, evolutionists need new information in the genetic make-up for the theory of evolution to work. But it just can’t happen.
