Well, a lot has been going down the past few months, so to bring you up to speed, this is basically a page where RECALL vocalist Dave Sheldon can step out of the realm of intense progressive metal and do essentially whatever it is he wishes to do at that exact moment. "Words cannot begin to describe how fun it's been over the past few months, writing on a regular basis...sometimes going a whole day without eating just because you get lost in the magic of writing and recording..." says Sheldon. "It's been very therapeutic playing guitar again after nearly a year on bass...I forgot how much I rely on it to convey what it is I do. Lyrics CAN verbally express what it is a person feels, but not everyone speaks English, ya know? The music is the real conductor of the message..."
With plans of a real studio venture, Dave plans on taking all of the demos and making a full album. Still unsure weather all the instrumentation recorded will be played solely by Dave, or if musicians will be hired...or...that's right...the assembly of a fully functional gigging band. There are many paths to be taken, but in the mean time, snag the demos of the "soon to be recorded" album, and drop us a line at the bottom of the page.
