Go up from the WL tp until you reach the stone wall and you cannot go any further. Behind the small bush on the right is a button. Say "kerguelen" in room tab, and activate the button. You will be teleported to Stephen's Garden... Just make sure you have a way to get home... (OoTP, or home spell) otherwise you might have to call a mod to get ya :P
