As you can see, the Nation of Zink is overseen at the highest level by the Supreme Dictator. He is the absolute ruler of the NoZ, and has the final say in all decisions.

Beneath him are two offices. One is occupied by an advisory committee called the Council of Large Nosed Aristocrats, who are appointed by the SD. These high-born aristocrats, who speak in European accents and have nightly cocktails, are charged with creating committees and running the more tedious business of the state. They are almost constantly in session, drafting stupid-ass legislation that the SD will have to iron out later.

On the same level of the CoLNA is the office of the Administrator of Culinary Affairs. This office is charged with the responsibility of overseeing national morale and culture. The Administrator of Culinary Affairs was so named because he was originally the Supreme Dictator's personal caterer, but was given more power just for the heck of it. This office is currently held by Dr. Hannibal Lecter, a psychiatrist and master chef. Dr. Lecter was once a convicted felon, but was cleared of all charges by the Supreme Dictator and became a national celebrity. He currently works in the Palazzo Zinky, handling catering affairs and advising the rest of the government.

The Administrators of Local Affairs are governors at the local level, who make decisions and enforce legislation passed down from the higher echelons. Any area not dictated by the rest of the government is decided, region to region, by the ALAs. The ALAs are handpicked by the SD and enforce his policies with great care.

The seat of government is, of course, the Palazzo Zinky.

The Supreme Dictator's private wing of the Palazzo Zinky contains sixty-eight bedrooms, in addition the SD's own. There are sixteen museums dedicated to Human culture, and eighteen museums dedicated to the culture of the Saiyan, both races from which the SD is descended from. There are also three-hundred forty-seven offices in this wing, including that of the Administrator of Culinary Affairs, as well as a number of secret rooms and corridors that even the CoLNA is not allowed entrance into without special permission.

The Palazzo Zinky also contains a private training area for warriors and a combat arena modeled after that of the Tenkaichi Budokai, the strongest-under-the-heavens martial arts tournament of ancient times.

The newly established NoZ Intelligence Network has its headquarters at the palazzo, and there is believed to be a military training camp within its massive courts, though there it has not been confirmed.
