Physical Geography

The following is the text from a transmission by the Supreme Dictator to the other member nations of the New United Nations, outlining the map for international cartographers.

In the northwest lies the River Longstyx. (For those of you who might not get this pun, the River Styx is a river in Greek mythology.) The riverbed of Longstyx was the site of many battles in the civil wars before the NoZ's formation. The area has since been rebuilt and re-landscaped by my administration, and is now the location of many small, peaceful residential areas. (Note: Because of this and its relative isolation from the rest of NoZ, some of the nation's stranger inhabitants live here.)

Going southeast, you hit Peeville, which is the largest city in a few hundred miles. Peeville is the site of Peeville University, one of the most prestigious institutions of higher learning in the world. PU is overseen by Dr. Amadeus Briefs.  

Head south and you'll arrive at the Piss-a-missy River, NoZ's most important water source. It provides invaluable drinking water and serves as a means of easy transportation for trade materials into, out of, and around the NoZ.  

On the edge of the Piss-a-missy is the capital, Gordita. Gordita is a huge city, full of technological, cultural, and political centers. The old city is right on the river's edge, and was designed by Italians. The Palazzo Zinky, seat of government and location of a rumored military HQ, sits at the heart of the old city. The rest of the city has everything you could possibly want, including all forms of entertainment, educational institutions, markets, and traffic jams.  

To the west of the Piss-a-missy lies the largest city, Zinkton. Zinkton is a center for the arts, as well as home to the NoZ's largest business district. The CoLNA's military forces are stationed there, at Ft. Zinkton. My personal research center for the Biotech Subcommittee calls Zinkton home, in a huge, top secret laboratory complex.  

Near the southern tip of the Piss-a-missy is Port Umigame (named after a wise sea urchin from ancient times). It is the center for trade, a series of canals connect it with different parts of the Piss-a-missy.  

In the southeastern area is Lake Flaccid. It's a scenic, peaceful resort area.   Far at the southwestern tip, far from any other settlement, is Fort Vegeta. This is the NoZ's largest (known) military installation, though most of it is in a fortified bunker. Ft. Vegeta watches over a protected region, where Saiyans and their descendants can live in peace, away from the rest of the country's inhabitants. It is rumored that Saiyans are employed at Ft. Vegeta, but that cannot be confirmed at this time.
